Once a plan of reorganization or plan of liquidation
has been confirmed by the Court, our staff manage proceeds for distribution,
calculate the appropriate distribution for each class of claim, reserve
for disputed amounts and create reports for the court, lenders and creditor
committees.

We served as consultant to this Chapter
11 Debtor in Possession that sold beauty supplies. Our consultants
participated in the negotiation
of the Plan of Reorganization and were retained as Disbursing Agent
under the plan. As such, we managed the wind-down of operations, liquidation
of assets, and disbursements of payments to creditors.
The manufacturer of niche domestic
products (toothpicks, matches, disposable plastic cutlery,
straws, and
other wooden crafts) retained Claybrook & Associates as disbursing
agent as part of the confirmation process. In addition to disbursing
payments to creditors, our consultants assisted in examining all claim
issues.
